El Dorado 3 Year Old Cask Aged Rum

El Dorado 3 Year Old White Rum is a fine award-winning Cask Aged White Rum. This superbly balanced mixing rum is twice filtered through natural charcoal for excellent clarity and purity, then aged for at least three years in 45-gallon ex-bourbon oak casks. The resulting spirit is incredibly smooth and versatile. While it may have the look of your average white rum, the tastes and aromas are altogether surprising; notes of chocolate, vanilla, citrus, and coconut mingle with the molasses base. El Dorado 3 Year Old Cask Aged White Rum offers citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. It has a smooth rounded palate with coconut – fruity with a dry, rounded finish.
